Following the Belezov project, the Lukoml Power Plant in Belarus passed its final test on May 29, 2016 at the end of its two-year warranty period. This was another great achievement of the 4th Complete Plants Division of CMEC. Mr. Lukin, general manager of the project owner, and Cao Qing, deputy general manager of the 4th complete plants division, signed the performance certificate for the project in New Lukmol, Vitebsk State in the presence of representatives from both sides. This marked the successful completion of this project.
By the time when the performance certificate was issued, the project had produced a total of 5.3 billion kilowatt hour of power and the units ran steadily and smoothly, garnering recognition from both the project owner and the local government for offer strong support to the economic development of Belarus.
